Gran Sasso-Laga ICH is a container that is open to the contribution of persons and communities. The discovery of the intangible cultural heritage is also possible thanks to the participation and to direct referral of those who daily lives the heritage, who are the depositary, preserving it and handling it down. Informative for the loading and the publication of contents

Users will be able to insert the contents under the right for the editorial staff to to publish, under the following conditions, that the acceptance shall be deemed to be fully known and subscribed:

1. The user has all rights of ownership over their contents but grants usage rights referred to Italian L. 633/1941. The User recognizes and accepts to be the only responsible for their own content and of the consequences of their online upload and publication.

2. When the user loads and/or publish content, at the same time grant a license for the whole world, not exclusive, free, transferable (with the right to grant sub-licenses) to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works, display and perform such content, using any kind of support, with and without wires.

3. The User acknowledges and guarantees to have all the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permits required by law to allow the use of its content.

4. The contents entered may not contain any copyrighted material of third parties or subject to other rights of third parties, including rights of privacy, unless the user does not have a formal authorization by the lawful holder.

5. The failure to publish the content inserted, will not give right to make demands of any kind on the part of the user.

Information on handling of personal data

Provided that the Legislative Decree 196/2003 - Personal Data Protection Code - guarantees that your personal data will be carried out in compliance with fundamental rights and freedoms and the dignity of individuals, with particular reference to confidentiality and personal identity and which requires, inter alia, the written consent of the persons concerned for communication and dissemination of personal data I consent to the processing of personal data.
